We have over 15 years of combined  expertise in the development and management of properties. Established in 2007, our group has invested in diverse range of properties.

JJH Group started it leasing team in 2007 and has since expanded its portfolio by more than 200% from one Hostel at East Coast Road to a total of four Serviced Apartments now. The company has also double the Spa outlet within a year after Balinese Thai Toa Payoh was open in 2014.

In 2016, JJH Group took and operate it first hotel at Aliwal Street ( Aliwal Park Hotel) and saw a great potential in the business and the company aim to increase their Hotel portfolio by another 100% in 2017.

It is within a short walking distance to the Malay Heritage Centre.  It is also a 10 minute walk away from the bugis mrt, lavender mrt and nicoll highway mrt.

HOTEL JJH is conveniently located a closed vicinity of Kampong Glam one of the Singapore’s officially designated tourist attractions. It is within a short walking distance to the Malay Heritage Centre.

Cafe 21 is a delightful establishment that offers a variety of beverages and treats to satisfy your cravings.
